The Bible is the foundation of our faith, hope, and love. Our vision for ministry was birthed by the Great Commission.
Matthew 28:18-20 Then Jesus came up and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Jesus commissioned the church to make disciples and teach them how to live and walk in God’s ways.
We also believe the Church should be motivated by the Great Commandment. As we grow and mature as believers, our love for God others should be evident.
Matthew 22:36-40 “Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?” Jesus said to him, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.” This is the first and greatest commandment. The second is like it: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” All the law and the prophets depend on these two commandments.”
